Vinnie Zarella Vinnie Zarella is an accountability coach with more than 25 years of experience leading teams and organizations, often in high pressure situations.

A graduate of both the full time Massachusetts Fire and Massachusetts Police Academies, Zarella spent 22 years as a firefighter. During that time, he was recognized numerous times for his service and leadership, including a Firefighter of the Year award and a statewide nomination for the Fire and Life Safety Educator of the Year award.

Zarella also spent 30 years as a small business owner and a personal trainer. His time as both a firefighter and trainer enabled him to gain skills and knowledge on how to inspire and motivate others, both teams and individual clients, in a healthy and constructive manner.

For the past 10 years, Zarella has focused his professional career on business management, gaining experience and expertise in strategy, operations, processes, and fulfilling key performance indicators (KPIs).

With his diverse background, Zarella is now combining all the knowledge, skills, and expertise he’s gained throughout multiple industries to help others as an accountability coach.
